Our coops are designed to be modular. You can change the configuration of your coop depending on your needs. Some customers choose to install additional Nesting Boxes in our Brentwood Coop. To make access to these additional boxes easier, an extra ramp can be installed.
This is an extra ramp. It will work with our Brentwood Chicken Coop. It will not fit within our Crestview coop.
Note: Brentwood Chicken Coops include one ramp, and the associated mounting slats, with your purchase.
The ramp uses pine and cedar and comes fully sealed with a linseed oil based product. It is attached to the bottom of the support slats using two screws (included). The connection between the support slats and ramp is made with a hinge, allowing the ramp to accomodate different angles within the coop.
The ramp is 36 inches long, so check to see if you have proper clearance within your coop. Most customers with two ramps have one toward the back (solid side) of the coop and another toward the front (doors).
