Shipping & Returns

Shipping is expensive. Many manufactuers have pricing which includes shipping. What they don’t often make clear is that a significant portion of your purchase price is the shipping cost. Frankly, we would rather sell our units locally at a reasonable price, than make them unaffordable.

The larger Brentview model is available as a complete unit. For transport, it will require a pickup truck with at least a 3′ x 6′ bed.

The smaller Crestview model is available as a complete unit or as a pre-fabricated kit. For transport, the complete unit will require a pickup truck with at least a 3′ x 6′ bed or a cargo van (with at least 4′ of clearance, or the unit can be laid on its side). We have designed the Crestview kit to fit into the trunk of a mid-sized car (a Toyota Corolla, for example).

If you do not have access to transport, we can arrange to deliver the units personally. At this time we can offer Personal Delivery within the state of Texas. Our delivery charges are divided into three regions:

Austin Metro Area: Austin and bordering suburbs. Typically within 20 miles of Central Austin.

Central Texas region: This centers on Austin. The boundary is Temple and Waco to the North, Bastrop and Giddings to the East, San Antonio and Luling to the South, and Llano and Fredricksburg to the West.

Texas: If you live futher out from Central Texas, please contact us and we can determine which method of delivery is most economical (either freight shipping or personal delivery). Our base Texas delivery (outside Central) is currently $100, but will be dependent on actual costs (mileage / gas / time from Austin). 

All Kits can be shipped third-party carrier (FedEx, UPS, or Motor Freight).
